CONTEMPORARY TECHNIQUE

Stuart studied for his MA at The London School of Contemporary Dance, and his BA at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance.  He has performed nationally with Protein Dance, Wired Aerial Theatre, MotionHouse Dance Theatre, Attik Dance, DansConnect, Phoenix Dance, Interplay Theatre Company, Barridale Opera House and internationally with Panta Rai Dance Theatre in Oslo. He has also pursued Klein Technique, Contact Improvisation, Bungee assisted and Vertical Wall training.

As well as teaching professionals, dance students and training adults in the community, developing education work for social exclusion areas, Stuart has worked extensively within Youth Dance. His roles have included Teacher, Choreographer, Audition Panellist, Project Coordinator and Artistic Director. He has also taught across many of the CATs including Swindon Dance’s Youth Dance Academy.
