GEORGES HANN
CONTEMPORARY TECHNIQUE
Since completing his training on the Swindon Contemporary Programme of the Youth Dance Academy (YDA), Georges has worked with choreographers including Henri Oguike, Itzik Galili, Kerry Nichols, Mark Baldwin, Dam Van Huynh, Kenneth Tharpe and Holasz. As a choreographer, Georges has collaborated with designers at Central St. Martins as part of Design for Dance, had work performed at The Lilian Baylis Theatre and returned to the YDA to create a piece for their summer show.
In 2013, Georges was a finalist in the prestigious New Adventures Choreographer Award.
George performed in Punchdrunk's "The Drowned Man: A Hollywood Fable" and afterwards became a member of James Cousins Company in July 2014 for the creation of Without Stars. This production toured internationally including performances in The Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia and Chile.
