Frances James
After leaving school at the age of 16, I started my working career with Sony UK Ltd based in Slough and later relocated with them to Thatcham, Berkshire carrying out various roles over a period of 21 years. After leaving Sony, I then worked for a short period as a Mid-Day Supervisor at Chiseldon Primary School and also worked at the local pre-school as an assistant. Next stop on my career journey was Learning Works Int. Ltd, an Education Consultancy based in Marlborough.
This was followed by Swindon Borough Council working in administrative roles in the Targeted Mental Health in Schools project, the Sure Start team, Referral team, SENDIASS team, Early Years Funding and Education Place Planning team. Before joining Swindon Dance, I worked for the National Trust in the Bookings and Events team.
