Claire graduated from De Montfort University with a degree in dance and a Masters in Cultural Events Management. Since she has worked for various arts organisations in Bristol and Wiltshire in marketing and project coordination roles. Claire joined the Swindon Dance team in 2018 working as an administrator and outreach coordinator with the Centre for Advanced Training team. She became the Assistant Manager in 2021.
